Naijavote.tech is a nonpartisan news site covering Nigeria’s 2027 general elections as they happen. We follow INEC, the candidates, the courts and the campaign trail across all 36 states and the FCT, and bring it together in one live feed, in five languages, checked by editors before you see it.
Why we exist
Election news in Nigeria moves fast and arrives from everywhere: official notices, press conferences, rallies, court rulings, and a flood of messages on WhatsApp and social media. Much of it is accurate. Some of it isn’t. It is hard for voters to know what is true, what is new, and what matters to them.
We want every Nigerian voter, wherever they live and whatever language they speak, to have fast, accurate, fair information about the election, and to be able to check where it came from.
What you’ll find here

How we work
We use artificial intelligence to do what it does well: watch many sources at once, spot what is new, draft short summaries, translate them, and flag claims that need checking. We use people to do what matters most: decide what is accurate, fair and worth publishing.
Nothing appears on this site until an editor has checked it against its sources. Every update links to those sources so you can check them yourself. When we get something wrong, we correct it openly on our Corrections page.
Only INEC declares election results. We report results only as INEC publishes them, and we never project winners.
